FOR THE TWO OF YOU
Not you against me.
Us, understanding us.
Some conversations become difficult when they matter the most. Couples therapy offers space to slow them down, hear each other and explore what is happening between you.

The argument changes.
The feeling stays.
There does not have to be one defining crisis. You may simply want to understand your relationship more clearly.
- Conversations keep going in circles. You talk, but leave feeling unheard, criticised or further apart.
- You feel close in some ways, distant in others.Affection, time together or emotional connection may have become harder to find.
- Life around the relationship is changing.Work, distance, parenting, families or new responsibilities can change how you relate.
- You want to understand trust and boundaries. You may be navigating hurt, different expectations or uncertainty about what comes next.
ROOM FOR BOTH STORIES
More curiosity.
Less keeping score.
Every person arrives with their own experiences, ways of protecting themselves and hopes for the relationship. Therapy can make room to explore these differences without reducing either person to the problem.
As a Certified Couple Therapist, Priyansi uses Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to explore the feelings and needs underneath arguments or silence. The approach is collaborative: working with both people to understand the patterns between them.
Relationship and intimacy concerns can be part of that conversation. You can discuss your needs in English, Gujarati or Hindi, and ask about the session format before beginning.
Beginning therapy does not commit you to a particular relationship outcome. The work is a conversation about your circumstances, not a promise that every relationship should stay the same.
BEFORE YOUR FIRST SESSION
Start with
the practical things.
You are welcome to ask about the session format, fees, duration and cancellation arrangements before you book. Online and in-person options in Ahmedabad can be discussed based on current availability and your circumstances.
You do not need to share your whole relationship story in a form, email or WhatsApp message. A short enquiry is enough.

A few questions
about beginning together.
01What if my partner is not ready for therapy?
You can enquire on your own and talk about the situation. Couples work needs willingness from both people; it is not a way to persuade or pressure a partner. Individual support may offer a different starting point.
02Will the therapist decide who is right?
The focus is on understanding each person, the relationship and the patterns between you, rather than declaring a winner. You can discuss goals and expectations with Priyansi before deciding to begin.
03Do we need to be married to explore couples therapy?
Relationship questions are not limited to marriage. You can enquire about support for your relationship and discuss whether the approach is a good fit for your circumstances.
04Are sessions available online?
MannPriya offers online sessions and in-person support in Ahmedabad. Please enquire about current availability, location and whether your preferred format is suitable.
05How do I find out about fees and session length?
Please ask through the enquiry form or contact channels. Priyansi can explain the current fee, session format, duration and cancellation arrangements before you decide to book.
06Which languages can I speak in?
Priyansi speaks English, Gujarati and Hindi. Let her know your preferred language when you enquire.
07Can I enquire for my child or my family?
Yes. Priyansi also works with children, adolescents and families. Ask about age suitability, the appropriate session format, parent or guardian involvement, consent and privacy arrangements before booking.
