THE PERSON BEHIND MANNPRIYA
A conversation.
A connection.
A beginning.
I'm Priyansi Kanakia. Whether you're coming as yourself, with your partner, as a parent or for your child, this is a space to drop the pressure and talk honestly.

MORE THAN A LABEL
Your story deserves
a little room.
Ever feel like you're great at meeting deadlines but not so great at meeting your own needs? Life doesn't pause outside of work. Behind the meetings and endless notifications, there may be relationship stress, parenting worries, emotional distance, or a quiet feeling of being off.
I work with individuals, couples, children, adolescents and families, as well as middle-aged and older adults. My couples work uses Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to explore the real conversations underneath arguments or silence.
Therapy with me isn't all heavy or serious, unless it needs to be. It's thoughtful, practical, sometimes light, and always human.
WHAT GUIDES THE SPACE
Thoughtful care.
Human conversations.
Collaborative
Working with you as a partner. Making decisions together, with room for what matters to you.
Supportive
Creating space to feel heard and understood, rather than pressured to present a polished version of yourself.
In familiar words
I speak English, Gujarati and Hindi. You can share your preferred language when you enquire.
BEYOND THE THERAPY ROOM
Some feelings
find their way into words.
Writing is another part of MannPriya. The reflections here explore emotions, relationships and everyday experiences. They are invitations to think, not a substitute for personalised care.
